hi (:

I’m Camila, a Product Designer based in Berlin 🇩🇪, originally from Peru 🇵🇪.
My work sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and technology, with a strong interest in how design can shape behaviors, solve complex problems, and create meaningful experiences across industries.

Outside of product design, I’m drawn to artistic expression in many forms, from singing and photography to collage-making and caring for my growing collection of plants.

My path began in industrial design, where I learned to think about products as systems shaped by people, context, and intention. Designing physical objects taught me how products are experienced in the real world, how they are used, how they feel, and how small design decisions influence behavior.
This foundation still shapes how I approach digital products today, with a strong focus on structure, clarity, and the relationship between technology and human experience.

Over the past 7+ years, I’ve focused on digital products across sectors such as fintech, healthcare, and consumer marketplaces, collaborating with global teams including my time at Rappi, one of Latin America’s leading tech companies.

To deepen my understanding of how design drives innovation and business strategy, I moved to Berlin to pursue a Master’s in Innovation Design Management. The experience expanded my perspective beyond product interfaces, exploring how design shapes organizations, decision-making, and emerging technologies.

Today, I work as a Senior Product Designer at SWAN Beauty Tech, helping build a beauty-tech ecosystem connecting social platforms, e-commerce, and smart devices.

Design has taken me across disciplines, industries, and places, and I’m excited to see where the next challenge leads.

If my work resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
